PMC Commander Accused of War Crimes Killed by Frontier Bounty Hunters

Štefan Konečný, a high-level officer in a PMC employed by the Thule megacorporation during the Corporate War, has been killed in Glasswall. The attack was carried out by operatives of the Torchfire Group, an elite bounty hunting outfit active in the Far Frontier.

Our Analysis: Konečný was part of the Thule contingent that occupied the Reunion Colonial Republic during the fighting, and is believed to have been complicit in the Silver Spring Tunnel Massacre. He was long thought to be hiding on a remote world, far from settled space.

Torchfire, founded by Vegan veterans of the Solar Wars, has become one of the most highly regarded bounty organizations in the Far Frontier. Their reputation was cemented by a string of high-profile kills and captures across the frontier.

Representatives of the group offered few details on how Štefan Konečný was tracked to Glasswall, only stating that he had been living in a heavily fortified compound before being “executed by precision sniper fire.”
