Vestan Orbital Expansion In Disputed Agenoria Signals Military Buildup

Three clusters of heavily armed and armoured orbital districts, each numbering between 8-12 stations have been positioned at the primary translight ingress point linking the disputed Agenoria System to neighboring Vesta. As many as half are now operational.

Our Analysis: Though positioned primarily to maintain secure access with the Vesta System, vital for regional trade, the stations will be a key asset as the Republic of Vesta expands its military presence, and eyes the eventual annexation of Agenoria.

The speed of construction has raised eyebrows, with suspicion that the Vestan military may have under-reported its stockpile of starbase spaceframes available for rapid deployment. Once fully operational, the new districts will be capable of supporting a sizable fleet.
