New Universalism Emerges as Orion Arm’s Wealthiest Church

Vast investments, diverse assets, and a hidden real estate empire have made the controversial Church of New Universalism the wealthiest religious organization in the Orion Arm, according to an independent Champlain Group report.

Our Analysis: Though claiming relatively modest numbers of followers, the Church of New Universalism’s concentrated wealth underscores the outsized impact it has made on the Orion Arm since its initial spread during the Second Scinfaxi War.

Much of the Church’s fortune derives from steep tithes, which can reach as high as 15% of yearly income depending on a patron’s membership grade. These funds are reinvested into commercial enterprises, real estate holdings, and financial markets, steadily expanding the Church’s portfolio.
